Yashi Asthana, Chief Executive Officer-Softpro Group of Companies is one of the founding members of Softpro Group. She has accomplished her higher education from Jiwaji University, Gwalior in Computer Science field. In her working tenure of 14 years, she worked for clients of national and international repute. She started her career working with IT Giant “Wipro Technologies,Mysore”, gradually shifting to Lucknow and associating with Softpro Group.

The innovative ideas she used to implement,the creativity she possesses, the leadership skills in her personality and strong will power to accomplish any given task or to start something new has always been a support system to her resulting into a tremendous growth in her career taking her to more higher levels and creating “A Journey from An HR to a CEO”.

She has represented Softpro Group on national level at “National Projects Implementation Unit, (A Unit of MHRD, Govt. of India to provide Employability Skills Training at TIER 01 & TIER 02 engineering institutes at PAN India level.

She took an initiative and went to “African Country, Malawi” to take the IT Education and Computer Literacy for the students of Malawi who are still very backward in terms of IT industry.

She is also the co-founder of NGO ‘Parivartan, Ek Salah’ run under the Corporate Social Responsibility of Softpro Group. The NGO works in spreading awareness & counselling the students for a better future by shaping their career path.
